Kindled Community Sauna at Crossroads Coffeehouse

Join us at Crossroads Coffeehouse and Monday, November 3. The sauna will be situated in the grassy yard area to the side of the building - just steps away from Black Earth Creek and HM Zander Community Nature Park.

We will be offering 60 minute sessions during which you cycle through the hot wood-fired sauna, the cold plunges, rest, rehydrate and repeat at your own pace. Spread out on the patio or the lawn. Walk to the creek and dip in if you wish. Sip on a Crossroads coffee, tea, smoothie, get a snack from inside, etc.

There are two bathrooms inside.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty and/or wet in.

Bring a water bottle and two towels.

An email will be sent to sauna goers a day or two prior to the sauna session with some more details and a waiver to sign.

Private sessions on this date at this location may be able to be provided outside of these hours upon request. Please inquire via email.

Crossroads closes for the evening at 8pm.
