Kindled Community Sauna at Working Draft Beer Company

 

Join Kindled Community Sauna at Working Draft Beer Company for a weekend of wood-fired sauna sessions in conjunction with their Sloshed & Slushy Festival.

 

For a 60 minute session, move through the thermic cycle how you feel it is best:

 

hot, wood-fired sauna

February cold weather exposure

rest

rehydrate

repeat

 

 

Arrive wearing what you feel comfortable getting sweaty and/or wet in. Some choose a bathing suit, some wear shorts, t-shirt, sports bra, etc. There are two large indoor bathrooms available for use.

 

Please come well hydrated! Bring a full water bottle and save any alcohol consumption for AFTER the sauna.

 

Please bring a towel to sit on.

 

These are community style sessions meaning that you will sauna alongside the (up to) 5 others that have signed up to sauna at the same time. If you would like a private session, it can be made possible by reserving all 6 seats of a specific time frame. If you would like a longer session, it can be made possible by reserving 2 back to back sessions. Please reach out via email (kindledcommunitysauna@gmail.com) with questions!

 

A pre-sauna session email will be sent a day or two ahead of your session with some reminders and a waiver to sign.

 

Cancellations >24 hours in advance will receive a credit towards a future session. Cancellations <24 hours in advance will not be able to do so. Thanks for your understanding!
