Sicily Wine Dinner at Cento

Join us for our second wine dinner of the year, this time nestled in the volcanic interior of the island of Sicily, perfectly timed with the onset of Madison summertime! The island, just off the tip of the Italian boot, is best known for wines made up of unique, indigenous grapes that capture its inherent romance.

The food is equally romantic, constructed by Chef Edwin Ramirez into four courses featuring Lamb Arancini, Shrimp Casarecce, Veal Chop, and Cassatelle, a traditional Sicilian dessert. Wine pairings from wine steward Sophia Georges include a bright and saline white, a volcanic rosato, and two juicy reds perfect for summer. Sophia will be joined by Italian wine expert Tom Loup, together providing an in-depth presentation on the wines and the theory behind each pairing.

Tickets include Chef Edwin's four courses and 3 oz of each associated wine pairing. A gratuity of 20% will also be added to the ticket preorder.
