Wine & Cheese Happy Hour

Join us for a special wine and cheese happy hour experience featuring Italian wine giant, La Spinetta. Enjoy a passed aperitif and an appetizer buffet crafted by Chef Edwin Ramirez, followed by a pairing presentation. Cento's Wine Steward, Sophia Georges will be joined by experts Andrew Bohlken and David DuBou as we explore four decadent cheeses, all paired with selections from La Spinetta's robust portfolio. They will also share their expertise on all things Italian wine and cuisine, and the delicious intersection between the two.
Ticket price of $50/person includes passed aperitif, appetizer buffet, featured pairings, and a raffle ticket for a Cento x La Spinetta gift bag. Tax and 20% gratuity is not included. Additional drink options will be offered a la carte.
