Yoga with Puppies

YOGA & PUPPIES?! WHAT COULD BE BETTER THEN THAT!

We are so excited to invite you to some of this year’s Yoga with Puppies classes, held at Fred Astaire Dance Studio – Madison West! These one-hour sessions are going to be filled with fun, relaxation, and of course, adorable puppies and are held on selected Saturdats at 10 AM.

You’re welcome to participate in the yoga for some light exercise or simply sit back on your mat and enjoy all the puppy cuddles and playtime. Either way, it’s sure to be an unforgettable experience!

This 60-minute journey includes a 40-minute flow yoga class followed by a 20-minute chill period with bottomless mimosas—all while a litter of adorable puppies roams the studio for cuddles and playtime. Whether you’re a yoga lover, a puppy lover, or both, this is the perfect experience!

Bonus: The puppies will all be available for adoption! You might even meet your new furry best friend!
