Brix Cider

Brix is a family-owned small business that features farm-to-table restaurant fare plus a wide array of small batch artisanal craft ciders and distilled liqueurs. Brix boasts a full-service kitchen with over two-thirds of all the ingredients sourced from Wisconsin farms, mostly by farmer friends. Our ciders are made with 100% Wisconsin-grown apples plus other locally grown ingredients such as raspberries, black currants, strawberries, cherries, and honey. Our tasting room features ciders (and a couple beers) on tap, espresso drinks, non-alcoholic cider, and a vast selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to suit all taste buds. Also, a distillery, Brix proudly offers specialty drinks made with our very own whiskey, brandy, and Wisco Cream, a rum-based cream liquer made with Wisconsin dairy.
