Husband-wife chef duo Jon Nodler and Sam Kincaid--the fourth generation of restaurant owners in the space-showcase the dynamic agricultural products of Green Co., Wisconsin, woven together with the region’s Swiss heritage and Jon and Sam’s contemporary approach to dining.
