OVERVIEW
Dancing Goat Distillery is a family-owned and operated business located in Cambridge, Wisconsin. After breaking ground in 2016 and multiple expansions, we’ve become one of the largest distilleries in the midwest, with 34,000 square feet of space. Our equipment includes two continuous column stills and two pot stills. We produce a wide variety of spirits, including bourbon, rye whiskey, brandy, and gin.
We introduced the first true Kentucky-style open-air rickhouse to the state of Wisconsin in 2021. At five stories high with a capacity of 7,800 barrels, we are excited to allow the Wisconsin terroir to impact our whiskey with this tried-and-true aging method.
Our tasting room is open for sampling available spirits and we offer guided tours, tastings, and a gin academy where guests become distillers and make their own bespoke bottle of gin to take home.
