- Accessible Sleeping Room Details: While not fully ADA-compliant, one of our three suites, the Mendota Suite on 1st floor of the inn, has features designed for individuals with disabilities. Step-free entrance is available. All doors have clear width of at least 33.4 inches, except the door between the bedroom and bathroom which has 31.8-inch clear width. The bathroom shower has a drop-down seat and step-free entrance with 30-inch clear width of the shower door. Shower controls are reachable while sitting on the drop-down seat. Bathroom assist bars are located in the corner of the shower, in the jetted tub, and behind and to the side of the commode. Height of commode seat is 17.5 inches above the floor. Height from floor to bottom of pedestal sink is 31 inches, and to bottom of bathroom mirror 41.5 inches. Height of bed mattress above the floor is 28 inches. Width of floor space beside the bed is 34 inches.
