OVERVIEW
Conveniently located 1/2 mile east of I-90 (exit 142B), this 36-hole regulation course is spread over 400 acres of rolling hillside. Yahara Hills clubhouse, built in 1967, preceded the opening of the golf course in 1968. It is Madison's largest facility with two 18-hole championship courses and has hosted various national and state tournaments. Both 18-hole courses feature large bunkered greens, well-placed hazards and beautiful water features. A practice area, which includes a 40,000 square foot putting green and large driving range, is suitable for major competitions and available for those who would like to sharpen their skills.Â
Â
All 36 holes of Yahara Hills Golf Course are open for the 2024 season. In 2025, 27 holes will be open for play, as course renovations continue. By the start of the 2026 season, 18 completely renovated holes will be open for play, providing a fresh and improved golfing experience
