Rescue Puppy Yoga

Rescue Puppy Yoga occurs every 2nd Saturday of the month from 11am-12pm at Hidden Cave Cidery in Middleton, WI. Puppers to Love Rescue (a foster-based org) brings in adoptable puppies to play with & love on you while you follow a Slow Flow led by Rachel Gunder, RYT-200. Hang out after for a hard cider or N/A drink!

⚠️ Please note:
1. You must be 21 years or older to attend.
2. No puppy or yoga experience is needed.
3. Please bring a mat or towel.
