We will discuss the cheddar-making process and the difference between farmstead cave-aged Cheddar and other aged Cheddars such as Hook’s 15-year Aged Cheddar.
We’ll discuss how aging changes the flavor of a Cheddar cheese, and talk about pairing other foods with Cheddar. -
