Like Thanksgiving, we’ll be keeping it small, and keeping it close to home for the holidays. Thankfully, our Madison-area restaurants have stepped up again to offer fully prepared Christmas Eve and Christmas day feasts, sweets, treats and foods for celebrating at home. Let our local restaurants take care of you and your family with these delicious take-and-bake meals.
Brasserie V
Enjoy Christmas with your family and leave the cooking to Brasserie V. Take-and-make family-style dinners include a choice of main course, a variety of sides including potato gratin and honey-glazed carrots, and bread pudding for dessert. Add-ons include mimosa kits and curated beer assortments. Meals are available for pre-order while quantities last, with pickup on Wednesday, December 23 from Brasserie V or Longtable Beer Café. CIRC & The Concourse Hotel
Impress your loved ones with a little help from CIRC. The cook-at-home Christmas dinner includes a choice of prime rib or honey-clove glazed ham, four different sides and chocolate peppermint decadence cake. DelecTable – Sold Out
Pick up a delicious Christmas Dinner, complete with a sumptuous pre-dinner spread and rejoice in a holiday feast without the work. Let DelecTable make your memorable, completely home-cooked meal. This meal needs only simple preparation and instructions are provided. Order by the end of day Monday, Dec. 21 for pick-up Thursday, Dec. 24. Order dinner for two or four.
Eno Vino
Feeling fancy? Try Eno Vino’s Christmas dinner. Portioned for two or four people, you’ll enjoy a delicious pork roulade filled with apples, walla walla onions, bacon, pecans and smoked Gouda. Veggie sides include broccolini and multicolor cauliflower. Plus, garlic chive mashed potatoes, and a corn and English pea casserole. For dessert, you’ll enjoy key lime pie, chocolate mint cookie crumble, and brûléed swiss meringue. Order here by December 20. Pick-ups on December 23 and 24, at downtown and west locations.
Everyday Kitchen
Don’t worry about cooking for the holidays — Everyday Kitchen’s got you covered. Enjoy spit-roasted maple glazed ham with spiced pineapple chutney, sweet potato gratin, green beans almondine and choice of tomato cauliflower bisque or seasonal salad. Red velvet cake available as an add-on. Served hot and available for pickup and delivery before 4 p.m. on December 24. Two person minimum, two-hour notice needed. Place your order starting December 21.
Heritage Tavern
The holiday feast from Heritage Tavern comes portioned for two. To start, there’s spiced nuts and candied bacon, an assortment of deviled eggs, plus a roast beet and pickled pear salad. Followed by a main dish of juniper mushroom crusted boneless ribeye, with Bordeaux braised beef short rib. And sides of potato gratin, glazed baby carrots, brussels sprouts and braised cabbage. For dessert, there’s ginger molasses cake. Order online, select holiday menu, and pick up between December 21 – 23.
Hubbard Avenue Diner
Hosting a Christmas feast couldn’t be easier with Hubbard Avenue Diner. They are preparing comforting meals made with love and packaged up with easy-to-reheat instructions. Enjoy pineapple glazed ham, creamy mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, three-cheese macaroni, rolls and your choice of housemade pie. Curbside pickup available on December 23 and 24 at a time of your choosing. Place your order by December 20.
Ian's Pizza
Celebrate the end of 2020 with Ian’s Pizza Baked at Home Kits. Kit options include Mac n’ Cheese, Sausage, All the Veg and Smokey the Bandit. Pick up at their Garver Feed Mill location on New Year’s Eve from 5:30 -7:30 p.m. Place your order.
International Catering Co.
Build your holiday meal with International Catering’s a la carte options. Entrée choices include Cornish game hens, grilled beef tenderloin and baked salmon filets. For sides, choose from Auvergne style truffade, roasted fingerling potatoes, mashed potatoes, onion gratin, roast veggies and a winter salad. For dessert, add on trifles, pecan or French Silk pies. Please note: entrées and desserts are portioned for one person, while sides are portioned for four. Order here by December 21.
Just Veggiez
For the plant-based folks, JustVeggiez has an all-vegan Christmas meal (and gluten-free options, too). Meals, prepared for two to four, include JustVeggiez’s own Wisconsin stuffed chix, southern fried drumsticks, roast ham, root veggiez, bourbon maple roasted cauliflower, twice-baked potatoes and choice of dessert. Delivery or pickup available December 23 and 24. Place your order by December 20.
L'Etoile
Enjoy time with your loved ones this holiday season and leave the cooking to L’Etoile. Their Holiday Dinner for Five comes with a five-pound prime rib roast, potato au gratin, roasted broccoli with bacon, chestnuts and dried cherries, Japanese milk bread rolls and sticky toffee pudding. Liberty Station
Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse is heating things up this Christmas with a BBQ dinner fit for a king. Smoked to-go items are now available for 15 percent off guests’ entire order when pre-order is received by Sunday, December 20 at 4:00 p.m. Meal options include a choice of salad, Texas Brisket or Carolina Pork Shoulder by the pound, and a variety of side dishes. Let Liliana’s be a part of your holiday this year, with their Christmas to-go meals. The ready-to-heat meal for two includes a choice of protein with seven different made-from-scratch sides. Longtable Beer Café

Let Mad City Chefs take care of the stressful part of cooking for the holidays with their to-go meal kits. Omnivore or vegetarian (vegan upon request) dinners all come with pre-portioned ingredients, easy-to-follow instructions and will save you the hassle of shopping and planning. Add a holiday cookie tin for $20. Orders must be placed by December 17, and kits will be delivered on December 23 and 24. Place your order.

Hosting a Christmas feast couldn’t be easier with Market Street Diner. They are preparing comforting meals made with love and packaged up with easy-to-reheat instructions. Enjoy brown sugar & citrus glazed ham, creamy mashed potatoes with gravy, roasted garlic green beans, four-cheese macaroni, rolls and a homemade pie. Quivey's Grove
If you’re in need of last-minute gifts, or some delicious food and drink, then Quivey’s Holiday Drive-Thru is for you. Head to the Fitchburg spot on December 19 from 3 – 6 p.m. to pick up pre-packaged foods like their Grab and Grill Box or Take and Bake Duck Box. Plus, sauces, soup, bread, desserts, beer, wine and gift cards. Take-and-Bake Boxes are also available online for pickup December 23. Order here.
Salvatore's Tomato Pies
Take your pick of three holiday meals from Salvatores: prime rib, porchetta with salsa verde, or a vegan black bean chickpea meatloaf. Portioned for four or eight (vegan is individual portions), these meals also include sides of shrimp cocktail, chopped salad, rosemary fingerling potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls and red velvet buche de noel for dessert. Short Stack Eatery
If you’re cooking the holiday meal but want a little help in the sweets and spirits department, Short Stack has you covered. They’ve got a variety of baked goods, including five pies, three cookie bars, take and bake lemon scones or biscuits, and holiday sweets sampler. For drinks, there’s cocktail kits with all the fixings to make Bloody Mary’s, caramel apple cider drinks, coffee cocktails, spiced Old Fashioneds, sweet potato bourbon cocktails and mimosas. Order online by December 21.
The Statehouse at The Edgewater
Take home a prime rib dinner from The Statehouse this Christmas. Dinner includes butternut squash bisque and vegetable salad starters with cookies, profiteroles and peppermint bark for dessert. Kids meals, Christmas Day quiche and other sweet treats available to add on. Order online any time for pickup December 23 or 24.
